Yes, The Hot Pod staff will provide a range of refreshments during your experience & water will be provided on site.

Are children allowed in the Sauna?2025-04-11T12:13:43+00:00

Children aged between 12 – 16 are permitted to enter the hot pod sauna as part of a privately booked session providing that they’re supervised by an adult at all times.
No children under the age of 16 are allowed in community sessions.

Prior to entering The Hot Pod you will be asked to sign a waiver declaring that you are fit & well to enter the sauna.

Hygiene is really important to us so to keep our sauna clean we would kindly ask that you bring along a towel to sit on during your experience, a water bottle for hydration & footwear is not to be permitted inside the sauna.

Whilst everyone is different our only rule is that you are dressed in appropriate swim wear.

We recommend you arrive 10 minutes prior to your session starting. This allows The Hot Pod team to give you a briefing.

Yes, we recommend that you book prior to arrival online to save disappointment however bookings can be made at the time of arrival if availability is good, we accept cash and card payments.

Is there somewhere I can store my belongings?2025-02-24T14:16:45+00:00

Box’s will be provided for personal belongings however, The Hot Pod Sauna staff will not be able to take responsibility for your personal items.

Can I bring my own food and drinks to the pod?2025-02-24T14:18:57+00:00

For the safety and well-being of all guests, we operate a strict no-alcohol policy. Combining alcohol with heat exposure or cold-water dips can be risky, so we ask that all visitors refrain from bringing or consuming alcohol on-site. We also reserve the right to refuse entry, without refund or credit, to anyone we believe to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

You’re welcome to bring non-alcoholic drinks to keep hydrated throughout your session. Light snacks are also allowed—salty options can be especially beneficial after a sauna—but please note that no food is permitted inside the sauna itself.

To help us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment, we ask that you take all waste, leftovers, and recyclables with you when you leave, as there are no on-site disposal or washing-up facilities.

Please be mindful of other users and ask before pouring water on the stones. We ask that all Hot Podders to respect each other, have a great experience and please keep an eye on your time limit.

What if I need to cancel?2025-02-24T14:22:00+00:00

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to avoid penalties. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a £1.50 cancellation fee will be charged.

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full price of the service.

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Where The Hot Pod Sauna is forced to close due to weather you will received a confirmation message to confirm the cancellation & a full refund will be offered.

Refunds are not available for cancellations within 24 hours or for no-shows. However, if you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you are late, your session may be shortened, and you will still be charged the full amount. We cannot extend sessions due to late arrivals.

Yes, you can. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
