Chris, Rob, and Matt—three lifelong friends with over 45 years in the blue light services—know the toll work, sports, and life can take on the body. After experiencing the power of hot and cold therapy firsthand, they created Hot Pod Sauna to bring those benefits to their community. Their mission is simple: to provide a space where people can relax, recover, and feel amazing—one sweat session at a time.
